STR networks with a number of qualified, experienced, and certified or licensed
counseling professionals in the CSRA and beyond. Most staff are in recovery from some
addictive disorder and all staff exercise a personal program of spiritual growth
and development.
Most staff are independent practitioners who sub-contract with STR on a PRN
(as-needed) basis. STR finds this arrangement to be cost-effective for all involved,
and positive for treatment modeling which allows for a wide base of therapy from a
variety of ideologies vs. a single bias from 1 or 2 counselors coming with tools
from their own experiences.
All staff share similar ideologies while retaining personal treatment
styles of therapy.
